How long will my order take to process?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link that contains your order’s up-to-date location status. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause longer delays in order processing times. Additionally, during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher than normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. We offer express shipping for both UPS and FedEx in the US for additional fees as well.

While most countries will ship via DDP, a handful will be shipped via DDU including Switzerland, Israel, the UAE, and Japan. Additional shipments may ship DDP but will be limited!

For all orders shipped via DDP, taxes and duties will be collected and paid for by Dr. Squatch and Landmark.

For all orders shipped via DDU, taxes and duties may be required by the customer to pay at delivery and are not the responsibility of Dr. Squatch or the shipping carrier.

If you are not a subscriber, for US orders free shipping can only be applied to orders over the cost of $55 and for Canada orders free shipping can only be applied to orders over the cost of $75.

Once shipped, please allow 4-8 business days for your order to be delivered for US/CANADA orders!

We also offer priority shipping for both UPS and FedEx for additional fees, in case you need to expedite your order!

Large orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground and will also arrive in 5-10 business days. You’ll also be receiving a shipping confirmation email to track your order!

International shipping is done through Landmark DDP (Delivered duty paid) or DDU (Delivered duty unpaid) and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order size. Expect international deliveries to arrive in 4-8 business days (including 1-3 business day processing period) — it may be a little sooner or a little later depending on your location!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship around the world, including everywhere in the United States, Canada, and its territories. Shipping to Canada is done primarily through Canada Post, and an international processing fee is included in the shipping line item.  

Shipping to the United Kingdom is done domestically primarily through Royal Mail, and an international processing fee is included in the shipping line item.

Shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the vast majority of the EU is done domestically through Deutsche Post, and an international processing fee is included in the shipping line item.

International shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and select other countries is done through USPS Priority Mail and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the country and order size.

My package is lost – what should I do?

Don’t fret just yet! Shipping carriers will sometimes mark an item as delivered but it may take a little extra time for them to get it to you, and it’s usually when they’re in your area!

If you’ve received a notice of delivery but you can’t seem to find your package, it’s very likely that it will show up within 24 hours of the delivery notice! If it’s been over 24 hours since your package was marked as delivered, contact us – we’ll try to help!

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns – please gift any unused products with which you are not satisfied to friends or family who want to be a part of Squatch Nation!
